Powerful and Green – Grape DR Supercomputer

Tokyo University has made it to the top of the Green500 Supercomputer list. The Grape-DR supercomputer (as they call it) consumes less power as compared to its equivalent. The cluster contains 128 Intel Core i7-920 processors and four bespoke accelerator chips. Well, this is great with less consumption and all but what about the cables? It sure looks like it needs some cable management. Hit the source link for more details.
